Master Rain Gardener Certification Course
CRWP, along with our partners, will be offering a Master Rain Gardener certification course in-person this summer! Rain gardens are saucer-shaped gardens filled with native, wet-tolerant plants that capture and soak in rainwater that runs off impervious surfaces like roofs, lawns, and driveways. They filter out pollutants that would otherwise flow into our storm drains and streams untreated. When replicated across the residential landscape, rain gardens can make a big difference in protecting the water quality of our local streams and Lake Erie! This course consists of 5 classes over a 6-week period and will teach you how to design, install, and maintain a residential rain garden. All graduates will receive a Master Rain Gardener certification, t-shirt, and yard sign! Professional certification available. To learn more and register for the course, visit our website at www.neomasterraingardener.org.
