The City of Mentor has issued the Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified contractor team (Contractor) to complete design and construction of a green infrastructure project at Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve and Marina (Project). The contractor shall furnish all necessary drawings, plans, labor, and equipment. The total maximum cost/price for performance under this contract is $550,000.00. This project is funded under the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) Sustain Our Great Lakes grant program with match funding provided by the City of Mentor. This contract will include assistance to the City of Mentor and coordination with its project partners, including the Chagrin River Watershed Partners, Inc. (CRWP). One complete hardcopy and one digital proposal copy must be received at the City of Mentor offices no later than 12:00 pm noon local time on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. View RFP here.

November 15, 2023: Mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at 8365 Harbor Drive, Mentor, OH 44060 (RSVP for pre-bid meeting to Kevin Saracino at ksaracino@crwp.org by November 14, 2023)
November 16, 2023: Questions due by 5:00 PM and directed to Kevin Saracino at ksaracino@crwp.org
November 17, 2023: Question and Response document issued to all recipients of the RFP 
November 29, 2023: RFP due, one hardcopy and one digital proposal copy must be received at the City of Mentor offices by 12:00 PM
