CRWP is partnering with the City of Eastlake to host a native plant swap with funding from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy Dominion Energy Mini-Grant Program. All you need to do is remove an invasive plant from your property and upload a photo of the removed plant on our sign-up form. After registering, join us on Saturday, May 18^th from 10:30 AM to 1 PM at the City of Eastlake municipal lot to receive your free native plant!
