Stormwater Utility Fee Credit Program

With funding from the Lake Erie Protection Fund and matching funds from Lake County Stormwater Management Department, CRWP assisted the Lake County Stormwater Management Department with updating the Lake County Stormwater Utility Fee Credit Manual for Non-Residential Users. CRWP also completed a literature review of Ohio stormwater utility fee credit programs and a summary of considerations for implementing a residential stormwater fee credit program.  These materials may be useful to other communities interested in establishing or updating a stormwater fee credit program.
