View map of the Chagrin River watershed here. The Plan will address Aurora Branch, McFarland Creek, Beaver Creek, Silver Creek, Griswold Creek, East Branch, Mainstem Chagrin, Lower Chagrin.
❷ Cahoon Creek-Porter Creek/Frontal Lake Erie
The Plan will address Sperry Creek, Spencer Creek, Wischmeyer Creek and other areas that drain to Lake Erie in portions of Avon Lake, Avon, Bay Village, Westlake, Rocky River, North Olmsted, Fairview Park, Lakewood, and Cleveland.
The Plan will address the lower Cuyahoga River watershed and includes the now buried streams of Burke Branch, Kingsbury Run, Morgan/Morgana Run and Walworth Run. This watershed covers portions of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Heights, Newburgh Heights, Shaker Heights, and Warrensville Heights.
❹ Lake Erie Tributaries: Euclid Creek to Chagrin River
The Plan will address small streams that drain directly to Lake Erie between Euclid Creek and the Chagrin River. The area covers 21 square miles in eastern Cuyahoga and western Lake Counties, including portions of Cleveland, Eastlake, Euclid, Lakeline, Richmond Heights, Timberlake, Wickliffe, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, and Willowick.
❺ LaDue Reservoir - Bridge Creek
The Plan will address part of the upper Cuyahoga River watershed and includes the LaDue Reservoir, Bridge Creek, Burton Wetlands, Punderson State Park, Auburn Marsh Wildlife Area, Snow Lake, Lake Kelso, and Fern Lake. This watershed covers parts of Newbury Township, Burton Township, Auburn Township, Mantua Township, Bainbridge Township, and Troy Township.
The Plan will address part of the upper Cuyahoga River watershed and includes Aquilla Wildlife Area, Burton Wetlands, and Veterans Legacy Woods. This watershed covers parts of Aquilla, Burton, Burton Township, Claridon Township, Hambden Township, Munson Township, and Newbury Township.
The Plan will address the Black Brook subwatershed. This watershed covers parts of Mantua Township, Troy Township, and Auburn Township.
