Our Future Flies with Pollinators with Lara Roketenetz

CRWP hosted a free live virtual talk with Lara Roketenetz from the Pollinator Partnership to discuss the importance of pollinator habitat and share some tips on how to create it in your own backyard. Lara Roketenetz is the Project Wingspan Ohio State Coordinator and the Ohio NRCS Pollinator Liaison with the Pollinator Partnership. She is also the manager for the University of Akron Field Station. She has a Master’s in Biology from John Carroll University and a Ph.D. in Integrated Bioscience from The University of Akron. Lara serves on the boards of several local, regional, and national non-profit organizations. Lara was the recipient of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History Conservation Educator of the Year in 2017.
